Facilities and services
  • 1. Book Lending Service
  • 2.Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) Service is managed through a local server machine within the Central Library. The Central Library uses open source Library Automation Software, Koha.
  • 3.Research Support Service. A dedicated room in the Central Library houses more than twenty thousand old and rare books.
  • 4. Our college provides access to e-books and e-journals through INFLIBNET N-LIST project. Faculty members, Students, researchers can can access e- resources through seperate membership ID.
  • 5. The institution offers Inter Library Loan Service via Institutional membership in the British Council Library, Kolkata.
  • 6.User Orientation Services on different open educational resources.
  • 7.Two Dedicated computers are allocated for students and researchers to search bibliographic database (Koha), subscription based e-resources and open access e-resources.
  • 8.The Central Library keeps two English newspapers daily and two weekly Newspapers( one Bengali, the other English) for job Updates.
